## How ordering works

1. Pick a size, whole bean or ground. Buy it once, or set a delivery every week, every 2 weeks or every month at the lower subscription price.
2. Check out as a guest: your email and a shipping address, then card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Type your business name with your name or on the Apt, suite line.
3. Start serving. Orders typically leave our farm in Cedarburg, Wisconsin within a few business days and travel by USPS. Confirmation and tracking come by email.

There is no portal, no price list to request, no form, nothing to sign and nobody to wait on. You do not need our approval to serve Der Hoffskeller or to sell our bags in your shop.

## Recurring deliveries

## How much coffee you need (estimates)

- Standard strength: about 35 eight-ounce cups per pound (the Specialty Coffee Association Golden Cup ratio, about 55 grams of coffee per liter of water).
- Lighter, diner or urn style: about 50 cups per pound.
- An office usually pours one to two cups per coffee drinker a day. A morning event: plan on one to one and a half cups per guest.
- A 3.5 lb Queen Hoff makes about 120 standard cups or about 160 to 175 lighter urn-style cups, enough for roughly 100 guests at a morning event. If most guests will take a second cup, order a 7 lb King Hoff.

## The coffee

One coffee and nothing else: 100% Colombian Supremo Arabica, roasted medium-dark in cast iron in the German Norwegian style on our family farm in Cedarburg, Wisconsin (the barn has been in the family since 1944). Customers describe it as bold, smooth and low in acid. Ground coffee is one medium-fine grind that works for drip and batch brewers, urns and percolators, pour-over, French press, cold brew and espresso; whole bean for grinding in house. No decaf, no flavors.
