Just discovered it at a farmers market last Saturday. It is THEE BEST coffee I have ever had. I have acid reflux; this did not affect me. It\'s smooth. Rich. Incredible!!!

I got my first bag a little bit ago and am using the pour-over method! My cup of coffee tastes great after adjusting the amount in the filter. Itβs strong and tasty but what I like is that itβs low-acid! The coffee reminds me of my parents brewing coffee everyday! I grew up in Minnesota with Swedish- German roots!
Read on Facebook βΊA robust, rich coffee flavor. Very fresh. Would definitely recommend.
Read on Etsy βΊVery unique dark roast with a great delicious bold flavor. Will be trying a pour over after this crazy good flat white pulled on my Turin lever espresso machine!

I got my order delivered today (Tuesday), ordered on Friday. Thatβs impressively fast! I couldnβt resist giving it a try, so I pulled a double shot in the espresso machine and was completely blown away! Bold, flavorfulβeverything I love in my coffee. The pot is already prepped for tomorrow morning, and I can hardly wait.π€

Great strong yet low acid coffee, the best Iβve had since being stationed in Germany! Highly recommended!
Read on Facebook βΊAwesome bold coffee flavor while still being smooth. It\'s great for hot or iced coffee.
Warm weather got us out of Burlington for a little shopping and sightseeing after Valentine\'s Day. Stopped in the rustic barn at Der Hoffskeller to try some coffee. Bought some beans to take home. I drink my coffee black. My personal favorite bean is Ethiopian for its almost sweet, smooth flavor. I like light roasts for their lack of bitterness compared to dark roasts. What did I think? First, it\'s a cute space here, and it will be exciting to visit here in the country as things develop. I enjoyed the coffee there. Ground some at home and ran it through my Coulee coffee maker. I prefer my coffee tasting bold, and this followed very well in my wheel house. It is not bitter. It has a really nice after taste that I enjoy, but it is a little different. It\'s not \"smokey\" or \"woody\" tasting, it\'s not chocolate like. Just good, hardy coffee flavor!

Enjoyed meeting one of the owners Max. Loved listening and learning what this German coffee roastery Der Hoffskellar is all about. Coffee bold and smooth. Bought some beans. The old barn turned into small coffee cafe takes you back to yesteryear. They do area markets were you can buy their coffee beans in glass jars. Quart or pint. Whole bean or ground. Thank you Der Hoffskellar for making it a special moment my friend and classmate as we reconnect our friendship. βοΈπβοΈ

This coffee is awesome, strong but not bitter, very smooth. I will be ordering more π
Read on Facebook βΊSuper tasty coffee that is made with a roaster based off a 17th century roasting style. Iβve lived in many coffee havens (Portugal, France, San Francisco, etc) and this is one of the most unique coffee rosters I have found. The coffee is a nice mix of smooth and bold. The guys who roast it are also really nice and which is always a bonus. I would highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a cup of quality coffee

Iβm kind of a coffee snob and this is fantastic coffee. Rich, flavorful, but smooth and packs a punch! Love the packaging too (very charming jar).
