Low-Acid Coffee — Easy on the Stomach

Just discovered it at a farmers market last Saturday. It is THEE BEST coffee I have ever had. I have acid reflux; this did not affect me. It\'s smooth. Rich. Incredible!!!

I got my first bag a little bit ago and am using the pour-over method! My cup of coffee tastes great after adjusting the amount in the filter. It’s strong and tasty but what I like is that it’s low-acid! The coffee reminds me of my parents brewing coffee everyday! I grew up in Minnesota with Swedish- German roots!

I absolutely love this coffee!!! I wasn’t able to drink coffee for a while because it was so acidic. I can now again drink, coffee and as a benefit my son and husband loved this as well.!!  we will be ordering it again

Took a 2 hour drive to the farm where they roast their own beans. Delicious, low acidity coffee. Warm and inviting space and you can order online as well (currently free shipping). Staff is very cordial and makes you feel at home during your visit. Highly recommend!

Shipped so fast to our FL vacation place, after we learned about der Hoffskeller! Enjoying it every morning, and afternoon coffee break! Smooth, mellow, non-acidic perfect medium roast! It was such a fresh flavor for us daily coffee drinkers of the standard brands. And what these folks did with their Sherman Road site transformation, you just gotta see it to add even another layer of delight to this perfectly roasted coffee!

Der Hoffskeller coffee is smooth and fresh. There is none of that acidic, bitter aftertaste. The coffee is packaged in canning jars, which I like.

Just brewed my first batch of Hoffskeller. Wow! Smooth, with a nice aroma, no acid Had to break out the coffee grinder for the first time in years. Can’t wait to try cold brewing some.
