How ordering works
- Pick a size, whole bean or ground. Buy it once, or set a delivery every week, every 2 weeks or every month at the lower subscription price.
- Check out as a guest. Your email and a shipping address, then card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Type your business name with your name or on the Apt, suite line.
- Start serving. Orders typically leave our farm in Cedarburg, Wisconsin within a few business days and travel by USPS. Your confirmation and tracking come by email.
That is the whole program. There is no portal to log into, no price list to request, no form, nothing to sign and nobody to wait on. You do not need our approval to serve Der Hoffskeller, and you do not need it to sell our bags in your shop either.

How much coffee does your business need?

Cup counts are 8 ounce cups. Standard strength follows the Specialty Coffee Association's Golden Cup ratio of about 55 grams of coffee per liter of water. An office usually pours one to two cups per coffee drinker a day. For an event, plan on one to one and a half cups per guest at a morning event. The coffee
We make one coffee and nothing else: 100% Colombian Supremo Arabica, roasted medium-dark in cast iron in what we call the German Norwegian style, on our family farm in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. The barn has been in our family since 1944. Customers describe it as bold, smooth and low in acid, the kind of coffee people drink black.

Do I need an account to order wholesale?
No. Check out as a guest with your email and a shipping address. There is nothing to sign up for.
Do I need to apply or be approved?
No. There is no application, no approval and no reseller agreement. Order it and serve it.

Do you have wholesale pricing or discounts?
The bulk sizes are the discount. The 20 lb bag is $12.50 a pound, or $11.50 a pound on a subscription, and each extra Big Hoff Bag ($4 off), Queen Hoff or King Hoff ($10 off) of the same size and grind in one order comes off automatically. Everyone pays the same prices, with no codes or tiers.
Can I resell your coffee?
Yes. Serve it by the cup or sell our sealed bags and jars in your shop. No permission is needed, and the prices are the same public prices.
Whole bean or ground?
Ground comes in one medium-fine grind that works for drip and batch brewers, urns, percolators, pour-over, French press, cold brew and espresso. Choose whole bean if you grind in house.
How fast does it ship?
Orders typically leave our farm in Cedarburg within a few business days and travel by USPS. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, and we ship to US addresses only.
Can I set up recurring deliveries?
Yes: weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, at the subscription price. Subscriptions have a two-delivery minimum, and you manage your deliveries online through a secure emailed link. The details are in our Terms.
How do I pay? Do you invoice?
Pay at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe. We do not offer invoices or net terms.
Can I put my business name on the order?
Yes. Type it with your name or on the Apt, suite line at checkout. Your order confirmation and tracking come by email.
Do I need a tax ID or resale certificate?
No. You do not need either one to order.
Do you have decaf or flavored coffee?
No. We make one coffee: 100% Colombian Supremo Arabica, medium-dark, roasted in cast iron, with nothing added.
Do you do private label or custom roasts?
No. You serve and sell Der Hoffskeller. For custom labels for an event, ask us with plenty of lead time.
Can I pick up in Cedarburg?
The barn at 1040 Sherman Road is open every day from 9 to 5, and we keep beans and grounds on hand. To pick up a larger order, contact us first so we can have it ready.
