Shipping
We ship Der Hoffskeller coffee by USPS from our family farm in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, to any address in the United States. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Under $50, the cost depends on the package weight and how far it travels, and you see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
What shipping costs

The 3.5 lb Queen Hoff, the 7 lb King Hoff and the 20 lb bulk bag each cost $50 or more, so they always ship free. Subscription deliveries ship free when the subscription items alone reach $50.
When it ships
Orders typically leave the farm within a few business days and travel by USPS, usually Ground Advantage. Most addresses see it within a few days after that. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer around holidays and market weekends. For Christmas, see our order-by dates.
Tracking
Your order confirmation comes by email when you check out, and a tracking email follows when your coffee ships.
Where we ship
US addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States.
Damaged or wrong orders
Roasted coffee is a perishable food, so we can't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, ruined or incorrect, email info@hoffskeller.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right. See our return policy.
Picking up in Cedarburg
The barn at 1040 Sherman Road is open every day from 9 to 5, and we keep beans and grounds on hand. Checkout does not have a pickup option, so to pick up a larger order, contact us first.
