Why our coffee makes a good gift
We make one coffee and nothing else: 100% Colombian Supremo Arabica, roasted medium-dark in what we call the German Norwegian style. We started roasting in a cast iron pan, built our own cast iron stovetop roasters, and today roast in a cast iron drum roaster, all on our family's farm in Cedarburg. Wisconsin has deep German and Norwegian roots, and so do we. That is where the name comes from: "Hoff" is farm in Old Norse and "Keller" is cellar in German.

When do I need to order for Christmas?
Our recommended order-by dates are Monday, December 14 for the lower 48 states, Friday, December 11 for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and Friday, October 30 for military APO, FPO and DPO addresses. They are set a few days ahead of the USPS holiday send-by dates. USPS delivery times are estimates, so earlier is always safer.
Can you ship it straight to the person?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. We ship by USPS to any address in the United States.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes. Email info@hoffskeller.com with your order number and the note right after you order, before it ships, and we will put it in the box.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean if they own a grinder, since it stays fresh longest. Ground if they don't. It is ready for a regular coffee maker.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not right now. The easiest gift is to ship the coffee straight to them. If you need something arranged, email us and we will help.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Below that it is a few dollars by USPS. We do not ship outside the United States.
Do you make decaf or flavored coffee?
No. We make one coffee, a medium-dark Colombian Supremo, with nothing added.
